Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
All packaging used to ship your products is 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment.
UK orders will be shipped Royal Mail 2nd class and should arrive within 3 business days. 
International orders will be shipped Royal Mail International Standard orders should arrive within 3-7 business days.
EU customers will be charged the applicable VAT / TAX on the goods upon delivery in their destination country. I'm afraid have no control over these charges. Please be aware that any orders returned to us for this reason will be refunded to customers, minus any delivery costs.
Please note: We are currently unable to ship our cards to Australia or New Zealand.

Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns of full price items from our online store within 14 days of purchase, excluding any custom or personalised items unless it's faulty or damaged; please refer to damaged items.
The items must be in the same condition as they were received and in it's original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. 
Please note you will have to pay for the cost of mailing your items back to us.
Please email us at hello@plantifulpapercompany.com explaining that you wish to return your item. 
Damaged Items

If your item has arrived and it is damaged, firstly, we're sorry that's happened. Secondly, within 5 days of receiving the item please send us a picture via email to hello@plantifulpapercompany.com of the packaging and the item so we can look into what happened to try to make sure it doesn't happen again. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We will then reship the item to you free of charge. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products back to us.
